Edmonton Elks Boast Perfect 3-0 Record
Edmonton head out on the road for the third time in five weeks boasting the only unbeaten record left in the league.
The Elks won just one of their first seven games as they went on to miss the playoffs last season, but their start to the current campaign has been in stark contrast to that struggle.
They kicked off the campaign with a trip to face Ottawa in Week 1, and came away with a 29-21 victory.
Edmonton went on a bye the following week, but picked up from where they left off when they resumed their campaign with a 32-29 overtime victory over Montreal in their home opener.
The Elks then made it three-in-a-row last weekend, as they went back out on the road to down Winnipeg 23-18.
BC Lions Winless Through First Three Games
BC enter Week 5 of the season still seeking a first victory of 2026, following three consecutive defeats.
The Lions made it all the way to the Western Final last season, but have dug themselves into an early hole in 2026.
They sat out Week 1 due to a bye week, and when they did finally kick off the campaign they were beaten 31-27 at defending champions Saskatchewan.
BC went out on the road for their second game too, and they again came up short as they were beaten 41-27 in Hamilton.
That sent the Lions into their home opener at 0-2, and they were unable to get off the mark last weekend as they fell 41-33 to Calgary.
