Aurora Gaming vs GamerLegion Betting Predictions
Aurora Gaming will face GamerLegion on Tuesday, September 29, in the first round of Group D at BLAST SLAM VIII, marking their fourth meeting of the season.
Aurora Gaming have beaten GamerLegion three times before in 2026, including once during the recently finished PGL Wallachia Season 29. And they did it without their star player, Misoko, so it is fair to expect Aurora Gaming to be just as successful on Tuesday.
However, despite accomplishing more than GL this year and beating them less than a week ago, Aurora are not guaranteed success. That is largely due to GamerLegion’s volatility, as a team that can one day play very poorly, and on another day beat anyone.
This makes it hard to trust GamerLegion to win big events, but on any given day, they can beat anyone, making GL very potent outsiders.
- Aurora Gaming have yet to lose to GamerLegion this year
- GamerLegion can beat anyone on a good day
- An upset is not entirely unlikely
Aurora Gaming Are 3-0 Up in Head-to-Head
Aurora Gaming have met with GamerLegion three times this year and won all three games.

Aurora Gaming Have Potential
Aurora Gaming enter BLAST SLAM VIII following a fifth-sixth place finish at PGL Wallachia Season 9, where they had to play without Mikoto. For BLAST SLAM, the star player is back on the roster, which bolsters Aurora’s quality and their chances of making a run for the trophy.
Earlier this month, Aurora also brought in skiter as a new carry and replacement for Nightfall. This change does not appear to be very beneficial, as skiter is not nearly as stable a player.
Nevertheless, while Aurora Gaming have more to prove with the new-look roster, the return of Mikoto makes them a dangerous outsider to make a run for a strong finish.

GamerLegion Are Volatile
GamerLegion are a very frustrating team to follow. One day they play like a proper Tier-1 team, and the other day they turn into a pumpkin.
This high volatility makes it very difficult to trust GamerLegion to make it far in any event – and they haven’t. However, their weakness also comes with a major strength, as on a good day, GamerLegion can beat anyone.
More recently, GamerLegion featured at PGL Wallachia Season 9, where they placed fifth-sixth, with a weird mix of results – as it has become a standard with them.
