1w Team are one of the few teams in the upper echelons of the Dota 2 scene who have not made any roster changes for the new season. This, however, is not a particularly exciting decision, as 1w have been fairly mediocre of late.
Since the signing of the ex-Tundra Esports roster in June, 1w Team have attended four events and did not leave a lasting mark. They placed ninth-12th at the Esports World Cup, third at 1win Essence II, seventh-eighth at The International, and again seventh-eighth at PGL Wallachia Season 9.
Over that stretch, 1w have picked up a few notable scalps, namely against Team Falcons and Team Yandex during TI. However, they’ve also suffered some bad losses against BetBoom Team and Team Nemiga.

Natus Vincere enter BLAST SLAM VIII following a very promising runner-up finish at PGL Wallachia Season 9, where they made it all the way to the grand finals, only to lose against Team Yandex.
Despite the bittersweet ending to the tournament, NaVi have proven they can compete at the highest level. The problem with this is that Natus Vincere have long been regarded as one of the more inconsistent teams, and they’ve not washed away that tag in Wallachia either.
Nevertheless, NaVi have, this month, beaten both LGD Gaming and Xtreme Gaming, which is proof enough that they can punch up and cause a few upsets.
Among the dark horses are NAVI, a team that has been wildly inconsistent, showing flashes of brilliance before struggling dramatically in other events.
The team missed out on TI 2026, but have made a stronger start to the new season, beating LGD Gaming and Xtreme Gaming to finish second at Wallachia Season 9. NAVI could pull off some major upsets, or find themselves overwhelmed by the top-tier competition.
