Texas Hold’em
Texas Hold’em is the standard community-card poker format. Each player receives two hole cards and attempts to make the best five-card hand using their own cards and the five community cards on the table.

Pineapple
Pineapple is a Hold’em variant in which players begin with three hole cards rather than two. Players retain all three cards through the pre-flop and flop betting rounds, then discard one card before the turn and continue the hand with two hole cards.
NEXT! Fast-Fold Poker
NEXT! is Stake Poker’s fast-fold format. When a player folds, they can move directly into a new hand with different opponents rather than waiting for the original table action to finish.

All in or Fold
All in or Fold, often shortened to AoF, is a cash-game variant in which players have only two available decisions: go all in or fold.
Stake states that All in or Fold is available at selected No Limit Hold’em and Pot Limit Omaha tables. Eligible AoF tables can also qualify for the separate $500,000 All in or Fold Jackpot fund.
Additional Table Features

Run it Multiple-Times allows two all-in players, where both agree, to deal the remaining community cards across two, three or four separate boards, with the pot divided between the resulting board winners.
