Porto don't lose very often but were beaten twice by Nottingham Forest last season. The Dragons rarely face teams as good as Man City, the English club to get off to a winning start in the Champions League.

Man City have a 3-0 lead against Porto alongside one draw, scoring nine goals with two conceded.

Regular Clean Sheets for Porto

Porto won to nil in their opening five matches this season, starting with a 1-0 win against Torreense to claim the Super Cup.

The Dragons began their Liga Portugal title defence with 2-0 victories over Alverca, Rio Ave and Arouca. The run kept going at Academico Viseu, three first half goals securing a 3-0 victory.

Francesco Farioli’s side conceded against Moreirense on Friday but turned it around to win 2-1. William Gomes assisted Jan Bednarek and scored himself to get it done, ending with 70% possession and 9-2 shots on target.

Three Straight Wins for Man City

Manchester City had a tough start under Enzo Maresca, suffering a 3-0 defeat to Arsenal in the Community Shield.

The Citizens bounced back to win all three games in the Premier League, two late goals earning a 2-1 victory against Bournemouth.

Erling Haaland and Rayan Cherki scored twice in a 4-1 win at Crystal Palace. Haaland scored again in a 1-0 win against Coventry, the striker in ominous form up front.
