Sydney FC are tipped to be much too good for NPL Western Australia side Bayswater City in the Australia Cup. The two-time cup winners are returning to the pitch for the first time since A-League Grand Final defeat and I'm expecting a reaction.

It's been a good season for Bayswater in NPL Western Australia, with the club currently sitting in third spot on the ladder.
Matt Sparrow's side are unbeaten in 14 of their 17 league outings, winning 10.
Bayswater are unbeaten in their last seven games, winning five - although they haven't played since July 4, where they shared the spoils 1-1 with Fremantle City.

It took a while for Sydney FC to get going in the A-League, but they peaked when it mattered most, knocking out Melbourne Victory and minor premiers Newcastle Jets to advance into the Grand Final.

However, the Sky Blues fell just short, going down 1-0 across the ditch against Auckland FC, who also eliminated them in the Australia Cup quarter-finals.
