Medvedev Impressive Run Continues In Indian Wells

Daniil Medvedev has won two titles in 2026, winning the Brisbane International before a shock fourth round defeat to Learner Tien at the Australian Open.

The Russian went out early in Rotterdam and Doha but was back to his best in Dubai. He beat Felix Auger Aliassime on his way to the final where he had a walkover against Tallon Griekspoor.

At Indian Wells, the 30-year-old defeated Alejandro Tabilo 6-4 6-2 in his opening match and then thrashed Sebastian Baez 6-4 6-0, saving all four break points.

In the last 16, Medvedev continued his effortless run by dispatching Alex Michelson 6-2 6-4 and then brushed aside Jack Draper 6-1 7-5 in the quarter-finals
