CSKA Moscow vs Dynamo Moscow KHL 2026-27 Predictions & Betting Tips - CSKA to Extend Winning Run

CSKA Moscow are backed to extend their seven-game winning streak, with Dynamo Moscow under 2.5 team goals and CSKA to score first completing the betting card.

CSKA continued their outstanding run with a controlled 4-1 victory against Dynamo Minsk on Thursday. Marat Khairullin scored twice, Dmitry Gamzin made 25 saves and the Army Men opened a 2-0 first-period lead.

Dynamo Moscow experienced another frustrating night against Torpedo. Nick Merkley scored after five minutes, but the hosts conceded three times during the opening period and failed to add another goal in a 3-1 defeat.

Dynamo have now lost four of their last five games and stayed under 2.5 team goals in four of those matches. CSKA have opened the scoring in nine of 11 games, giving all three selections a clear statistical foundation.

  • CSKA have won seven consecutive games.
  • CSKA have scored first in nine of their 11 matches.
  • Dynamo Moscow have scored fewer than three goals in eight of 12 games.
  • Dynamo have stayed under 2.5 team goals in four of their last five.

CSKA Moscow Form

CSKA’s seven-game winning run includes victories over Sochi, Torpedo, Admiral, Amur, Lada, SKA and Dynamo Minsk.

Their latest performance was built on another fast start. Khairullin converted on the power play before Rob Hamilton doubled the lead only 28 seconds later. Khairullin added his second goal during the middle period before Ivan Drozdov completed the 4-1 victory into an empty net.

Gamzin was equally important, stopping 25 of the 26 shots he faced. CSKA have held five of their seven opponents during the winning streak below three goals, including shutouts against Sochi, Amur and Lada.

Their early home form was inconsistent, but a 6-5 win over SKA in their most recent game in Moscow showed their attacking quality. CSKA have now scored 10 goals across their last two matches.

Dynamo Moscow Form

Dynamo have followed their 4-3 overtime victory against Dynamo Minsk with three consecutive defeats against Salavat Yulaev, Traktor and Torpedo.

They scored only once in each defeat. Dynamo have produced just five goals across their last five games, with four of those coming in the win against Minsk.

Merkley gave Dynamo the ideal start against Torpedo, but defensive mistakes quickly turned the game around. The Moscow side controlled possession for long periods after falling behind, but struggled to create dangerous chances and could not find a second goal.

Dynamo have scored three or more goals in only four of 12 matches this season.
