Fields Ranch East at PGA Frisco will host the Women's PGA Championship for the first time in its history, with a stellar line-up of the world's elite women's golfers contesting this year's third Major tournament. Who will claim the championship come Sunday?

Amy Yang is back to defend her title after a three-stroke victory over Ko Jin-young, Lilia Vu, and Miyu Yamashita in 2024.

Fields Ranch East at PGA Frisco was the host venue for the 2023 Senior PGA Championship won by Steve Stricker.

These are our four selections that could win the title this weekend.

Ruoning Yin

Ruoning Yin struggled at the start of her season on the LPGA Tour, with results of
MC at the PIF Saudi Ladies International, T26 at the Honda LPGA Thailand, T21 at the HSBC Women's World Championship, T33 at the Blue Bay LPGA, T56 at the Ford Championship, and T53 at the T-Mobile Match Play.

Since then, Ruoning Yin has been in great touch, placing T2 at the Chevron Championship, T2 at the Black Desert Championship, T15 at the Mizuho Americas Open, and T4 at the U.S. Women's Open.

The Chinese golfer has featured three times at the KPMG PGA Championship, missing the cut on debut in 2022 before securing victory in 2023 and finishing T24 in 2024.

Ruoning Yin comes into this tournament in great touch and can lift the winning trophy at Fields Ranch East at PGA Frisco come Sunday.

Mao Saigo

Mao Saigo was in solid form at the start of the LPGA Tour season, placing T28 at the Founders Cup, T33 at the Honda LPGA Thailand, T11 at the HSBC Women's World Championship, T5 at the Blue Bay LPGA, MC at the Ford Championship, T9 at the T-Mobile Match Play before finishing 68th JM Eagle LA Championship.

Mao Saigo shrugged off that performance and returned to form by winning the Chevron Championship before placing T31 at the Black Desert Championship, T4 at the U.S. Women's Open, and T5 at the Shoprite LPGA Classic.

The 23-year-old has competed three times at the KPMG PGA Championship, finishing T30 in 2020, MC in 2023, and T7 in 2024.

Mao Saigo can convert her recent results into victory in Texas this weekend.

Ariya Jutanugarn

Ariya Jutanugarn lacked consistency at the beginning of her season on the LPGA Tour, finishing T48 at the Founders Cup, T4 at the PIF Saudi Ladies International, T14 at the Honda LPGA Thailand, 38th at the HSBC Women's World Championship, and MC at the Ford Championship.

Ariya Jutanugarn has bounced back to form in her subsequent four events, placing T3 at the T-Mobile Match Play, T2 at the Chevron Championship, T6 at the Black Desert Championship, and T9 at the U.S. Women's Open.

Ariya Jutanugarn has featured at the KPMG Women's PGA Championship on ten occasions, with results of MC in 2015, 3rd in 2016, MC in 2017, T40 in 2018, T10 in 2019, T37 in 2020, T46 in 2021, T54 in 2022, T24 in 2023, and T32 in 2024.

Ariya Jutanugarn has been ultra-consistent lately and will fancy her chances to win the title at Fields Ranch East at PGA Frisco this weekend.

Yealimi Noh

Yealimi Noh had an excellent beginning to her season on the LPGA Tour, winning the Founders Cup and placing T11 at the Honda LPGA Thailand, T7 at the HSBC Women's World Championship, T6 at the Ford Championship, and T17 at the T-Mobile Match Play.

Yealimi Noh's form dipped in her following two tournaments. She finished T57 at the JM Eagle LA Championship and MC at the Chevron Championship.

However, Yealimi Noh regained her touch, placing T5 at the Mizuho America's Open and T14 at the U.S. Women's Open before missing the cut at the Meijer LPGA Classic last weekend.

The American has made five appearances at the KPMG Women's PGA Championship, finishing T33 in 2020, T15 in 2021, MC in 2023, MC in 2023 and T52 in 2024.

Yealimi Noh has the form to cause an upset victory in Texas this weekend.
