H2H

Burnley have a 19-9 advantage against Wrexham, alongside seven draws.

Wrexham in Steady Championship Form

Wrexham are 10th in the 2025/26 Championship and have lost just one of their opening five league games.

The Welsh outfit drew 1-1 at Cardiff and at home against Watford before a 2-1 defeat against Birmingham.

Phil Parkinson’s side hit back with a commanding 3-0 win at Millwall. Wrexham were solid, allowing just 0.23 XG and facing no shots on target.

The Red Dragons continued their decent start to the campaign with a 0-0 draw at top-of-the-table Swansea. Parkinson’s team faced six shots and held out for a point.

Burnley Rock Bottom of the Table

Burnley were relegated to the Championship after finishing 19th in the Premier League. The Lancashire side failed to win in their last 12 games in 2025/26, losing nine.

The winless run continued in pre-season as Burnley lost four and drew two friendly matches.

Nicky Hayen’s outfit are bottom of the Championship after gaining just two points from five fixtures. The Clarets have lost their opening two away games, 3-1 at West Brom and 4-1 against Norwich.

Burnley’s winless streak extended to 26 matches following a 2-1 home loss to Bristol City on Saturday. They were unthreatening with 0.26 XG and Aaron Ramsey scored first before Bristol City struck twice in the last 10 minutes.
