First Ever UCL Home Game for Sabah

Sabah Baku haven't shown much in the Champions League opening round, suffering a heavy 4-0 loss against Manchester United at Old Trafford. Orphe Mbina missed a big chance to score a consolation here.

They responded with back to back victories in the Azerbaijani Premyer Liqa, taking down Safa Baku 3-0 and Imisli FK 3-1.

Sabah’s first appearance after the international break was last weekend, a derby match against Neftci Baku which ended in a goalless draw, leaving them in first place with 16 points after six rounds.

Visitors are in Great Shape

Slavia Prague had a 2-1 lead against Lens in the UCL opening round all until stoppage time, then conceded two goals to lose the game 3-2 in an unbelievable fashion. Danijel Sturm scored both goals for the Czech side.

They responded by winning next three games before the international break, beating Teplice 2-0 and Viktoria Plzen 2-1 in the Czech First League and Varnsdorf 5-1 in the Czech Cup.

Slavia Prague extended their winning streak last weekend with another league victory against Zlin 1-0, Emmanuel Ayaosi finding the net in the 16th minute on Lukas Provod's assist.
