RFS are a good attacking side and the Latvian outfit win a lot of home games. Glentoran are in patchy form and a high-scoring RFS victory is predicted in the Conference League Qualifier.

Latvian side RFS are tough-to-beat and have won 13 of their last 15 matches. They are also unbeaten at home since early April. 

Viktors Morozs’ team were on a three-match winning streak, with 11 goals scored and just one conceded. 

The Riga outfit then drew 1-1 against Auda before beating Glentoran 2-1 in the Conference League Qualifier. RFS had 11 shots and 60% possession in the European victory.

Morozs’ side also beat Jelgava 2-0 at home on Sunday. RFS had 28 shots and Roberts Savalnieks and Darko Lemajic scored.

Glentoran Score and Concede a Lot


Glentoran have failed to win in seven of their previous eight games, conceding 19 and scoring 17. 

The Glens’ last victory was an 8-1 friendly win over East Belfast. Declan Devine’s side are winless in three since then, including a 4-0 loss to Kilmarnock and a 3-3 draw at Dundela.

The Northern Irish team also lost 2-1 at home against RFS in the Conference League. Zeno Ibsen Rossi scored in the 38th minute before Glentoran conceded either side of half time.
