Djurgarden average exactly four goals per road contest this season, while a majority of Orgryte’s recent games were high-scoring affairs. I am confident that both sides will find the net on Monday.

Key Stats

  • Orgryte have seen over 2.5 goals in their last 3 matches.
  • Halmstad have seen BTTS in 3 of their last 4 matches against Djurgarden (Allsvenskan).
  • Djurgarden have seen BTTS & over 3.5 goals in their last 2 away matches.

19 Previous Meetings

Djurgarden hold an 8-4 advantage against Orgryte in terms of h2h victories, while 7 clashes ended without a winner.

Orgryte Entertaining to Watch

Judging by early days, Orgryte are most likely battle against relegation this season in Allsvenskan, sitting in 15th place with just nine points after 12 rounds, having the worst defensive stats in the league.

Their recent matches have been full of action and goals, wrapping up May with a 2-2 draw against Elfsborg, then returning from summer break with a 3-0 defeat at Kalmar.

Last weekend, Orgryte hosted favored Hacken and claimed three super-important points, winning 4-3. Noah Christoffersson scored the winning goal just before stoppage time, while both sides combined had a total of 32 shots here.

Djurgarden Playing Great in July

Djurgarden had a very slow to the new Allsvenskan campaign, but their results have been improving lately moving up to 4th place after securing four wins in the previous six rounds.

They registered two straight victories in May against IFK Goteborg 6-0 and AIK Stockholm 4-2, but then had two consecutive defeats against the table leaders Sirius 3-2 and Brommapojkarna 2-1.

After the summer break, Djurgarden returned to winning ways earlier this month by defeating 3rd placed Hacken 4-2 as visitors, then claimed another set of points last weekend at home against Halmstad 3-0.

Team News

Rasmus Aim is out with a knee problem for the home side, while Tobias Sana is serving a yellow-card suspension.

Djurgarden have no reported injuries or suspensions ahead of this clash. Bo Hegland is their top contributor this season with four goals and nine assists.
