Como have seen their top four hopes take a blow in recent weeks. There is still a decent chance however, and a point against Napoli could be a very valuable one.

HTH - Como Coming Back

Napoli haven’t won in their last three encounters against Como. The lead the head to head 21-7 alongside eight draws.

Como Down to Fifth

Como have been below their best since the international break and slipped from fourth to fifth in Serie A. A 0-0 draw at Udinese was followed by three straight defeats.

Cesc Fabregas’ side conceded an alarming nine goals in that run, including an unlucky 4-3 defeat against Inter Milan. They met Inter again in the Coppa Italia semi-finals, losing 3-2 in the second leg to exit the competition.

The Lombardy club got back to winning ways with a 2-0 victory at Genoa. It was ultimately a deserved win, Tasos Douvikas and Assane Diao with the goals as they kept the hosts to 0.59 xG.

Napoli Fighting for Second Spot

Napoli recently won five straight games including an important 1-0 victory against AC Milan. The run came to an end after an unlucky 1-1 draw at Parma.

The Campania club then suffered a shock 2-0 home defeat to Lazio which has seen their title hopes come to an end. They had 67% possession but did little with it, ending with 0.50-2.26 xG.

Antonio Conte’s side reclaimed second spot with a 4-0 victory over Cremoneseo. Scott McTominay opened the scoring in the 3rd minute and saw a late penalty saved, the result never in doubt.
