Cincinnati and Inter Miami have no problems scoring goals but keeping clean sheets is a different story. The stage is set for another high scoring clash in MLS, the value on Evander to find the net.

HTH - Little In It

Inter Miami have a narrow 6-5 lead against Cincinnati alongside two draws. They last met in November, Lionel Messi scoring and registering three assists in a 4-0 win in Cincinnati.

Cincinnati Banging in the Goals

Cincinnati have taken some time to find their stride in MLS, now unbeaten in six matches which includes four draws. They have kept only one clean sheet in their last 10 games in all competitions.

Scoring goals have been no problem for the Orange and Blue, netting 21 goals in eight matches. Their last home game ended in a 2-0 home win against New York Red Bulls, Kevin Denkey scoring both goals.

Evander hit a hat-trick in a thrilling 3-2 victory at Chicago Fire, converting a penalty in the 97th minute. The Brazilian scored to make it 2-0 at Charlotte last time out, but Cincinnati’s defence failed to hold out in a 2-2 draw.

Messi Dominating in Miami

Inter Miami are still adjusting to life under Guillermo Hoyos after Javier Mascherano’s sudden departure. Defence continues to be an issue with nine goals conceded in five games under the new manager.

Miami took a 3-0 lead against Orlando City in their last home match. They completely capitulated late on, conceding three goals in the final 25 minutes to go down 4-3 against their local rivals.

Hoyos’ side took a 4-0 advantage at Toronto on Saturday, Lionel Messi assisting Luis Suarez and Sergio Reguilon before finding the net himself. Miami conceded two late goals, ending the contest with 1.71-0.95 xG.

Predicted Lineups & Team News

Cincinnati (3-4-1-2) Roman Celentano; Miles Robinson, Matt Miazga, Andrei Chirila; Pavel Bucha, Samuel Gidi, Gerardo Valenzuela, Bryan Ramirez; Evander; Kenji Mboma Dem, Kevin Denkey

Miles Robinson should start in central defence with Nick Hagglund or Andrei Chirila to make way.

Inter Miami (4-3-3) Dayne St. Clair; Facundo Mura, Micael dos Santos, Gonzalo Lujan, Sergio Reguilon; Rodrigo De Paul, Yannick Bright, Telasco Segovia; Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez, German Berterame

Sergio Reguilon could replace Noah Allen after scoring in Toronto. Tadeo Allende is a chance to return to the squad here.
