Al Hilal haven’t lost this season but too many draws has hurt their chances in the Saudi Pro League. Al Nassr can earn a point to put them in prime position to win the title.

HTH - Al Hilal on Top

Al Nassr have the edge against Al Nassr, leading the 49-25 alongside 26 draws. Both teams have scored in the previous seven encounters.

Al Nassr Close to the Title

Al Nassr went on a long winning streak this year, claiming 20 straight victories. They thrashed Al Ahli Doha 5-1 to reach the AFC Champions League 2 final, Kingsley Coman hitting a hat-trick.

The streak recently came to an end after a 3-1 defeat at Al Qadsiah. It was an uncharacteristically poor performance after ending with 0.58-2.53 xG.

Jorge Jesus’ side bounced back with a 4-2 win at Al Shabab and get closer to the title. Joao Felix hit a hat-trick and Cristiano Ronaldo scored to make it 100 goals in the Pro League.

Al Hilal Still in the Race

Al Hilal are undefeated in all 45 matches this season, 34 of those ending in victories. They drew 3-3 against Al Sadd in the AFC Champions League round of 16 before going out on penalties.

Simone Inzaghi’s side bounced back to win three straight in the Saudi Pro League and give themselves a chance of defending their title. The latest was a 2-1 victory at Al Khaleej where they had 22-6 shots and 1.79-0.57 xG.

Al Hilal fell behind against Al Kholood in the King Cup final on Friday night. Once again their superior attack came to the fore, Nasser Al Dawsari and Theo Hernandez scoring before half time to secure a 2-1 victory.
