Natus Vincere vs JD Gaming Betting Predictions
Natus Vincere and JD Gaming will face off on Thursday, October 8, in the fourth round of the 2026 Demacia Cup Global Invitational group stage, where the two League of Legends teams will battle it out for a spot in the playoffs.
This looks like a very one-sided game on paper, as Natus Vincere take on one of the biggest names from the LoL Pro League (LPL). However, while JD Gaming have the brand value, their performances this tournament have been lacking, to say the least.
JD Gaming still have the individual quality which can be enough to roll over weaker teams. With two new players, they’ve struggled to find traction, lacking synergy and cohesion.
However, as flawed as JD Gaming might be, they still possess the raw quality.
- JD Gaming hail from a stronger league
- Both teams have shown some cracks this event
- JD Gaming will be expected to win

Natus Vincere Have Shown Some Pulse
Natus Vincere slipped against RED Canids in the first round of the tournament, then rebounded with a 2-0 sweep of FlyQuest, but lost their most recent outing against HAJIN BRION.
Despite the loss, NaVi showed some good things against BRION. The first map was a very competitive one, albeit a bit of a fiesta. Natus Vincere came very close to destroying the Nexus, but ended up a few auto attacks short, got aced, and nearly lost the game before turning it back around.
Map two was another close one, and it arguably should’ve ended in Natus Vincere’s favour, but they got outmanoeuvred in the mid-late game, despite sitting in an advantageous position. Map three was one-sided, with BRION snowballing off a strong early game.

JD Gaming Roster Overhaul Isn’t Working
JD Gaming have been anything but great this event. They lost to HAJIN BRION in the first round, rolled over Shopify Rebellion in the second, and lost to LGD Gaming 0-2 in the third.
The latter match was one-sided, even if the score doesn't suggest it. LGD Gaming did not have huge leads, but they were the dominant team on both maps, outplaying JD Gaming with stronger macro and, overall, a better approach. The overhauled roster does not seem to be working for JDG.
