Karmine Corp vs Eternal Fire Betting Predictions
Karmine Corp and Eternal Fire will face off on Friday, July 17, in the opening week of VALORANT Champions Tour 2026 EMEA Stage 2, in EF’s second game of the stage.
Eternal Fire kicked off the stage with a win over Team Liquid and will now look to extend their winning streak against a team who have been struggling to show anything memorable this season.
While Karmine Corp bested Eternal Fire in May, during the Esports World Cup qualifiers, the general consensus is that KC have yet to show enough to deserve much respect ahead of the start of their Stage 2 campaign.
- Karmine Corp have looked very weak domestically
- Eternal Fire started the stage with a win
- Eternal Fire should be favoured to win

Karmine Corp Have More to Prove
Karmine Corp have not found any success this season and have largely disappointed, with a ninth-10th-place finish in VCT EMEA Kickoff, 11th-12th in Stage 1, and, more recently, with a ninth-12th place finish in the Esports World Cup.
Even though this is a solid roster that would be competing for a mid-table finish in VCT EMEA, Karmine Corp has not shown anything inspiring, and until they do, it is more than fair to continue to doubt them.
With a new stage and a changed meta, there is a world where KC can find more momentum; they first have to show something in the arena.

Eternal Fire Off to a Strong Start
Eternal Fire had a decent run in EMEA Stage 1, where they placed fourth, following a close loss to Team Heretics in the lower bracket semifinals. Since then, EF have attended the EWC qualifiers, but did not make it far – granted, it is fair to question how motivated Eternal Fire were to qualify for the tournament.
Eternal Fire already played one game in VCT EMEA Stage 2, on Wednesday, when they crushed Team Liquid 2-0, with 13-6 on Split and 13-2 on Lotus. Liquid had to play with a stand-in, but that does not take away from Eternal Fire’s strong performance.
Notably, EF were the first team to show they are prepared to play Veto, which was recently buffed. Not only that, but Favian shone bright on the agent, posting a 1.55 rating. This would suggest that EF are well-prepared to shine in the current meta and poised for a strong start to the stage.
