Rainbet has doubled its Monthly Race prize pool from $500,000 to $1 million, with the top 1,000 players now competing for monthly cash prizes.
The Monthly Race Just Got Much Bigger
Rainbet has doubled the prize pool for its Monthly Race, taking the total from $500,000 to $1 million.
That is a sizeable jump for one of the casino’s regular leaderboard promotions, and it also means more players can now finish the month with a reward.
The Monthly Race pays the top 1,000 players, with prizes starting at $168 for 1,000th place and climbing all the way to $100,000 for whoever finishes at the top.
The format itself has not become complicated. Players earn points through their normal wagering activity, those points move them up the leaderboard, and the final position at the end of the month determines the prize.
The difference is simply that there is now twice as much money on the table.

First Place Is Worth $100,000
The biggest reward in the Monthly Race goes to whoever finishes at the top of the leaderboard.
First place now takes home $100,000, while prizes continue down through the top 1,000 positions.
At the other end of the table, 1,000th place still receives $168.
That gives the race a fairly broad payout structure. You do not necessarily need to challenge for the top few positions to get something back, although the value obviously increases sharply the higher you climb.
With 1,000 places paid, the new format gives more players a reason to keep an eye on the leaderboard throughout the month.
Your Wagers Do Not All Count the Same
Rainbet does not simply award points based on the raw amount wagered.
The RTP of the game you are playing affects how much your wagers contribute to the leaderboard.
That means two players could wager the same amount but earn different numbers of race points depending on the games they choose.
Games with different RTPs are weighted differently, so anyone trying to climb the leaderboard needs to pay attention to how their wagering activity is being counted rather than assuming every dollar contributes equally.
This also makes the Monthly Race a little less straightforward than a pure volume competition. The amount you wager matters, but so does where you wager it.
There Is More Than Just the Monthly Race
Rainbet also runs Daily and Weekly Races alongside the monthly leaderboard.
The Daily Race offers $25,000, while the Weekly Race has a $100,000 prize pool.
Combined with the new $1 million Monthly Race, that means players can compete for up to $2.15 million in race prizes across a typical month.
That total comes from the repeating Daily and Weekly competitions sitting alongside the larger monthly event.
For regular Rainbet players, it means there is almost always another leaderboard running, whether you are looking at the day, the week or the full month.
The Leaderboard Starts Again Every Month
The Monthly Race runs for the full calendar month.
Players earn points throughout that period, with the leaderboard resetting at midnight UTC when the next monthly competition begins.
Once the race is over, eligible prizes can be claimed through the Rewards drop-down menu inside the Rainbet account.
That makes the end of the month important. Your finishing position is what determines the reward, and once the leaderboard resets, the next race begins from zero again.
Twice the Prize Pool, Same Basic Idea
Rainbet has not reinvented the Monthly Race.
It has simply made it much more valuable.
The mechanics remain familiar: wager, earn points, climb the leaderboard and see where you finish when the month ends. What has changed is the amount available, with the prize pool jumping from $500,000 to $1 million.
Paying 1,000 places also gives the promotion a wider reach than a race where only a handful of high rollers see a return.
For the players already taking part every month, the update is easy to understand.
Same race, twice the money.
